Add 2 tbsp refined oil, 1 tsp chopped onion, 0.25 tsp hing, 1 tsp cut green chili, and 8 peeled garlic cloves to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 120°C for 90 seconds. The device will now sauté the aromatics.
Add 0.75 tsp turmeric powder, 0.5 tsp coriander powder, 0.25 tsp amchur powder, 0.25 tsp garam masala, 130 g cut paneer, and 130 g cut tomato to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook at 120°C for 180 seconds with automatic stirring, then at 120°C for another 240 seconds with automatic stirring and a reduced PID constant of 50. Finally, stir at speed 12 for 10 seconds to mix.
Strain the boiled spinach (previously boiled separately for 7 minutes at 120°C in The Upliance 2.0 jar), squeeze out excess water, and add to The Upliance 2.0 jar along with 200g cut tomato and 45 ml cream. The device will now cook at 120°C for 300 seconds with automatic stirring.
The Palak Paneer is ready. Garnish with additional cream as desired.
