    Ingredients

    • 300 g Spinach (washed)
    • 600 ml Water (for boiling)
    • 130 g Onion (quartered)
    • 8 cloves Garlic (peeled)
    • 1 Green Chilli (stem removed)
    • 2 tbsp Refined Oil (standard)
    • 1 tsp Jeera (whole)
    • 0.25 tsp Hing (powder)
    • 1 tsp Garam Masala (powder)
    • 200 g Paneer (cubed)
    • 10 g Cream (fresh)

    Blanch the spinach

    Add spinach and water to The Upliance jar. The device will boil the spinach on medium heat for 10 minutes. Afterwards, strain the spinach manually and set aside.

    Prepare the gravy base

    Add onions, garlic, and chillies to The Upliance jar. The device will chop them in 10 seconds, then sauté with oil and spices on medium heat. It will then cook the spinach mixture on low heat for about 9 minutes.

    Add paneer and simmer

    Add paneer cubes to The Upliance jar. The device will simmer the curry on low heat for 7 minutes with gentle automatic stirring to ensure the paneer absorbs the flavors without breaking.

    The dish is ready

    The Palak Paneer is ready. Garnish with fresh cream and serve hot with Roti or Rice.
