Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Boiled Egg (boiled)
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 0.25 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Green Chilli (minced)
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Onion (finely chopped)
  • 0.75 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 0.25 tsp Jeera
  • 130 g Tomato (chopped)
  • 2 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)
  • 0.5 tsp Fennel Seeds
  • 0.5 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 0.5 tsp Garam Masala
  • 10 leaves Curry Leaves (washed)
  • 700 g Water

Instructions

Add aromatics and spices to jar

Add Ghee, Turmeric Powder, Green Chilli, Garlic, Jeera, Onion, Coriander Powder, Fennel Seeds, Kashmiri Mirch, Garam Masala, and Curry Leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 120°C for 90 seconds.

Add tomatoes, eggs and cook

Add chopped Tomatoes and Boiled Eggs to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set the temperature to 120°C and cook for 360 seconds with the lid on. The Upliance 2.0 will stir automatically.

The dish is ready

Remove the Egg Curry from The Upliance 2.0 jar. Garnish with minced Coriander Leaves. The Egg Curry is ready to serve.
