Ingredients

  • 3 g green chilli (peeled)
  • 1 tsp jeera
  • 40 leaves mint leaves (cleaned)
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 0.25 tsp coriander powder
  • 2 tsp hing
  • 0.75 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 300 g potato (diced)
  • 200 ml water

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add 3 g peeled green chilli, 1 tsp jeera, and 40 cleaned mint leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 100°C for 30 seconds.

The device will now cook the potatoes and spices

The Upliance 2.0 will now automatically stir and cook the potatoes and spices at 95°C for 13 minutes using PID control. Then, it will stir for 3 minutes at 20°C. Next it will cook for 15 minutes at 95°C using PID control, and finally stir for 5 minutes at 20°C with a stir duty of 6 and stir angle of 140 degrees.

Add remaining ingredients and cook

Add 1 tsp turmeric powder, 0.25 tsp coriander powder, 2 tsp hing, 0.75 tsp Kashmiri Mirch, and 200 ml water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will automatically stir and simmer the mixture at 95°C for 15 minutes.
