Ingredients

  • 1 inch Cinnamon Stick

  • 0.5 tsp Fennel Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Jeera
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 3 pieces Onion (cutFour)
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (remove)
  • 10 stems Garlic (rootCut)
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peel)
  • 300 g Marinated Chicken (marinate)
  • 1 tbsp Curd
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 0.5 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 0.25 tsp Garam Masala
  • 0.5 tsp Dried Red Chilli
  • 140 g Basmati Rice (measure)
  • 400 g Water
  • 40 leaves Mint Leaves (cleaned)
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • 250 g Basmati Rice
  • 0 g Silver Foil

Instructions

Add aromatics and ghee to jar

Add Cinnamon Stick, Green Cardamom Powder, Fennel Seeds, Jeera, and Ghee to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 110°C for 30 minutes with automatic stirring.

The device will now sauté aromatics and chicken

The Upliance 2.0 will now sauté the onions, green chilli, garlic, and marinated chicken at 95°C for 480 seconds with automatic stirring and scraping. Then, it will stir for 5 seconds at 20°C and continue sautéing at 95°C for 720 seconds.

Add rice and water to jar

Add rice and water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the rice and chicken together at 95°C for 420 seconds with automatic stirring. Then, it will stir for 3 seconds at 20°C and continue cooking at 95°C for 1200 seconds.

The Chicken Pulao is ready

Garnish with coriander leaves and let the rice sit for 5 minutes to fluff out. The dish is ready to be served.
