Add tomatoes to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set the temperature to 95°C and let Upliance cook with automatic stirring for 300 seconds. The device will now cook the tomatoes and spices.
Add soaked dal and rice to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the cooking mode. Set temperature to 95°C and cook for 1800 seconds (30 minutes) with automatic stirring and scraping. Repeat the cooking process for another 1800 seconds (30 minutes) at 95°C. The device will now cook the khichdi.
Once cooked, garnish with coriander leaves and ghee in The Upliance 2.0 bowl before serving. The khichdi is ready.
