Ingredients

  • 1.5 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 1 piece Onion (cutTwo)
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (remove)
  • 6 stems Green Chilli (rootCut)
  • 15 leaves Mint Leaves (cleaned)
  • 0.25 tsp Amchur Powder
  • 0.75 tsp Salt
  • 200 g Paneer (cutCubes)

Instructions

Add ingredients to jar

Add Onion (cutTwo), Green Chilli (remove), Green Chilli (rootCut), Mint Leaves (cleaned), Amchur Powder, Salt to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will automatically weigh and record the ingredients.

The device will now cut/cook aromatics

Select sauté mode on The Upliance 2.0. Add 1.5 tbsp Refined Oil. Set temperature to 95°C and let Upliance sauté for 180 seconds with automatic stirring. The device will automatically cut and sauté the onions.

Repeat the above

Add Paneer (cutCubes) to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the paneer. Set temperature to 90°C and cook for 300 seconds using automatic stirring and PID control.

The dish is ready

The Upliance 2.0 will signal completion. Serve the Paneer mixture from the jar. Serve with toasted bread.
