    Ingredients

    • 1 piece Onion (cut in two)
    • 1 piece Green Chilli (stem removed)
    • 6 stems Coriander Leaves (roots cut)
    • 15 leaves Mint Leaves (cleaned)
    • 1.5 tbsp Refined Oil
    • 0.25 tsp Amchur Powder
    • 0.75 tsp Salt
    • 200 g Paneer (cubed)

    Add aromatics to the jar

    Add cut onions, green chilli, coriander leaves, and mint leaves to The Upliance jar. The built-in scale will help you measure ingredients directly into the jar.

    The device will chop and sauté

    The device will chop the aromatics for 10 seconds. Add refined oil to the jar. The Upliance will now sauté the mixture on medium heat for 6 minutes with automatic stirring.

    Add paneer and cook

    Add paneer cubes, amchur powder, and salt. The device will gently mix and cook the filling on medium heat for 7 minutes to infuse flavors without mashing the paneer.

    The dish is ready

    Remove the filling from The Upliance jar. Serve warm between slices of toasted bread or use as a stuffing for parathas.
