Our take on the scrumptious prawn biryani
Add green cardamom, clove, refined oil, and black pepper to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Marinate the prawns in a bowl outside, then set aside for 1 hour for later use. Soak the rice for 1 hour and set aside for later use. Strain the water from the soaked rice. The Upliance will now sauté the spices for 1 minute on low heat.
Add refined oil and sliced onions to a pan. The Upliance 2.0 will now caramelize the onions on medium heat for 15 minutes.
Add mint leaves, garlic, salt, ginger garlic paste and marinated prawns to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now sauté the mixture on medium heat for 4 minutes. Add soaked rice and water to The Upliance 2.0 jar.
The Upliance 2.0 will now cook the biryani for 10 minutes with no heat, then 10 minutes on low heat, then 5 minutes with no heat, then 22 minutes on low heat. Finally, garnish with coriander leaves. The prawn biryani is ready to serve.
