Add 50g blended coconut, 1 tsp chopped green chili, 80g grated coconut, 1 tsp sugar, and 2 tsp salt to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now blend these ingredients into a smooth paste.
Add 200g cubed, boiled pineapple, 200g grated coconut, 0.25 tsp turmeric powder to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the boil mode at 90°C for 6 minutes, then 95°C for 5 minutes with automatic stirring. The device will automatically stir and maintain the temperature.
Add 50g cubed boiled pineapple and the prepared coconut paste to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the simmer mode at 95°C for 10 minutes with automatic stirring. The device will automatically stir and maintain the temperature.
In a separate pan, temper 0.5 tsp mustard seeds, 10 washed curry leaves, and 2 deseeded red chilies in 1 tbsp coconut oil. Add this tempering to the pulissery in The Upliance 2.0 jar. Stir gently. Add 80g thick curd. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir gently. The Pineapple Pulissery is ready to be served.
