Ingredients

  • 500 ml Water
  • 40 leaves Mint Leaves (cleaned)
  • 10 stem Ginger (rootCut)
  • 4 g Green Chilli (peel)
  • 4 tsp Jeera Powder
  • 1 pc Lemon (remove)
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 3 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 0.75 tsp Amchur Powder
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper (powder)
  • 5 g Namkeen Boondi

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add mint leaves, ginger, green chili, jeera powder, lemon juice, salt, sugar, amchur powder, and black pepper to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

The device will now mince and blend

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically mince the mint and ginger for 10 seconds at speed 12. Then, add water and ice to the jar. Select blend mode and blend for 20 seconds at speed 12.

Repeat the above with remaining ingredients

This step is not needed as all ingredients are added initially. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically blend all ingredients in the jar

The dish is ready

The Jal Jeera is ready. Optionally, garnish with Namkeen Boondi in a glass before serving chilled.
