Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 0.5 tsp mustard seeds
  • 10 curry leaves
  • 15 g peanuts (raw)
  • 1 cup medium poha (washed)
  • 0.25 tsp green cardamom powder
  • 0.25 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 30 ml water
  • 5 g grated coconut (optional)

Instructions

Add ingredients to jar

Add ghee, mustard seeds, curry leaves, and peanuts to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 110°C for 2 minutes. The device will now temper the spices.

The device will now cook the poha

Add washed poha, green cardamom powder, cinnamon powder, and water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Close the lid. Select the 'Cook Poha' preset at 80°C for 2 minutes with automatic stirring. The device will cook the poha evenly.

Repeat the above

No further additions are needed. The device will continue to cook until the preset is complete.

The dish is ready

Once cooking is complete, carefully remove the Sweet Poha from The Upliance 2.0 jar. Garnish with grated coconut (optional) and serve immediately.
