    • 4 tsp Jaggery Powder
    • 1 tbsp Ghee
    • 0.5 tsp Mustard Seeds
    • 10 leaves Curry Leaves
    • 15 g Raw Peanuts
    • 0.25 tsp Cinnamon Powder
    • 0.25 tsp Green Cardamom Powder
    • 30 ml Water
    • 5 g Grated Coconut

    Instructions

    Experience the blissful delight of Sweet Poha, a traditional Indian breakfast treat. This fragrant and light dish features flattened rice cooked with a hint of sweetness, enhanced by aromatic spices and a medley of crunchy toppings

      Prepare Poha and add tempering

      Wash the Poha in a sieve and mix with salt and jaggery powder in a separate bowl. Add ghee, mustard seeds, curry leaves, and raw peanuts to The Upliance jar.
