Add washed rice, dal, water, ghee, hing, and jeera to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will automatically measure ingredients based on the pre-programmed scale model.
Select sauté mode on The Upliance 2.0. The device will automatically stir and sauté the aromatics (onion, green chili, garlic, tomato, and coriander) in ghee at 95°C for 5 minutes. Then, it will continue to cook at 95°C for an additional 4 minutes without stirring.
Add potato, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and Kashmiri Mirch to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the cooking mode. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir and cook the khichdi at 95°C for 10 minutes. It will then automatically adjust the temperature and continue cooking for an additional 10 minutes at 95°C. Finally, it will cook for another 10 minutes at 95°C with reduced PID Constant to 50.
Once cooked, garnish with ghee and minced coriander in the Upliance 2.0 jar. The Bihari Khichdi is ready to be served.
