    • 100 g Spinach (trimmed)
    • 100 g Red Amaranth Leaves (washed)
    • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
    • 1 tsp Jeera
    • 0.25 tsp Hing
    • 8 cloves Garlic (peeled)
    • 1.5 piece Onion (quartered)
    • 1 Green Chilli (stem removed)
    • 0.25 tsp Turmeric
    • 3 tsp Coriander Powder
    • 0.5 tsp Salt
    • 80 ml Water

    Temper the Spices
