This amaranth palak sabzi is a healthy, comforting vegetable preparation that goes well with roti or as a side dish for your dal-chawal.
Add 2 tbsp Refined Oil, 1 tsp diced Onion, and 0.25 tsp finely chopped Green Chilli to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 100°C for 30 seconds.
The Upliance 2.0 will now automatically sauté the onions and green chillies with automatic stirring for 30 seconds at 100°C. Then, add 100g trimmed and washed Spinach, 100g washed Processed Amaranth, 0.25 tsp Turmeric Powder, 3 tsp minced Garlic, and 0.5 tsp Coriander Powder to the jar. The device will now automatically stir and cook at 95°C for 8 minutes with automatic stirring.
Add 80ml of water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will continue to stir and simmer the mixture at 95°C for an additional 8 minutes.
The Upliance 2.0 will automatically switch to a keep warm setting at 20°C. The Amaranth Palak Subzi is ready to be served from The Upliance 2.0 jar.
