Ingredients

  • 150 g beetroot (cut, peeled)
  • 100 g suji (roasted)
  • 4 tbsp ghee
  • 0.5 tsp green cardamom powder
  • 30 g raisins
  • 30 g almonds
  • 20 g cashews
  • 30 g sugar

Add ingredients to jar

Add 150g peeled and cut beetroot, 4 tbsp ghee, and 30g sugar to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

The device will now cut/cook beetroot

The Upliance 2.0 will mince the beetroot using the ‘mince’ setting at speed 12 for 8 seconds. Then, select sauté mode at 110°C for 2 minutes with automatic stirring.

Repeat the above

Add 100g roasted suji, 0.5 tsp green cardamom powder, 30g raisins, 30g almonds, and 20g cashews to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the mixture using the ‘cook’ setting at 95°C for 18 minutes with automatic stirring.

The dish is ready
