    Ingredients

    • 100 g Suji (microwave roasted)
    • 150 g Beetroot (peeled and cut)
    • 4 tbsp Ghee
    • 0.5 tsp Green Cardamom Powder
    • 30 g Almonds
    • 40 g Cashews
    • 20 g Raisins
    • 350 ml Water
    • 14 tsp Sugar

    Add beetroot to jar

    Add 150g of peeled and cut beetroot pieces into The Upliance jar. Ensure the lid is closed securely.
