Add 200g washed mushrooms, 2 tbsp refined oil, 0.5 tsp hing, 0.25 tsp jeera, 0.5 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp coriander powder, 0.5 tsp Kashmiri mirch, and 0.25 tsp garam masala to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 100°C for 30 seconds.
The Upliance 2.0 will now automatically stir and cook the ingredients at 95°C for 6 minutes with the lid on. It will then briefly stir at high speed for 10 seconds to mix thoroughly. Scrape the sides of the jar.
Add 2 pieces of cut tomatoes, 5 peeled garlic cloves, 1 deseeded green chili, 2 pieces of cut onions, 0.5 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 30g washed frozen peas, and 80ml water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook at 95°C for 10 minutes with automatic stirring and lid on. Then switch to RICECOOKER mode at 100°C for 10 minutes with automatic stirring.
Garnish with 2 minced stems of coriander leaves. The Mushroom Matar is ready to serve from The Upliance 2.0 jar.
