Ingredients

  • 100g peanuts (roasted)
  • 10 cloves garlic (peeled)
  • 3 tomatoes (cutTwo)
  • 0.25 tsp turmeric powder
  • 0.5 tsp cumin seeds
  • 0.5 tsp chili powder
  • 0.25 tsp hing
  • 0.625 tsp tamarind paste
  • 0.5 tbsp white sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp curry leaves (washed)
  • 60ml water
  • 1 tbsp refined oil

Add ingredients to jar

Add peanuts, garlic, tomatoes, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, chili powder, hing, tamarind paste, sesame seeds, and water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the "Roast and Grind" preset.

The device will now roast and grind

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically roast the peanuts at 110°C for 7 minutes, then grind them with other ingredients for 20 seconds at speed 12. The device will then cook the mixture at 95°C for 8 minutes with automatic stirring.

Add oil and curry leaves

Add refined oil and curry leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now sauté for 1 minute at 120°C with automatic stirring.

The chutney is ready

The Upliance 2.0 will signal completion. Transfer the chutney to a bowl. Garnish and serve as desired. Store in the fridge for up to a week.
