Add Cabbage, Green Chilli, Carrot, Garlic, Ginger, Onion to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the "Cutting Veggies" program. The device will now cut the vegetables at 20°C for 15 minutes with speed 5.
Add Onion to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the "Cooking Base" program. The device will sauté at 20°C for 10 minutes at speed 1, followed by cooking at 120°C for 5 minutes at speed 13 with automatic stirring.
Add Hakka Noodles, Water, Salt, Dark Soy Sauce, Tomato Ketchup, Vinegar, Maggi Veg Soup Cube, Schezwan Chutney to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the "Boiling Noodles" program. The device will boil at 120°C for 180 seconds at speed 0, then at 120°C for 360 seconds at speed 0 with automatic stirring.
Strain noodles in a bowl. Add the cooked vegetables and mix properly. Garnish with White Sesame Seeds and Spring Onion Green in the bowl. The Chowmein is ready to serve.
