Add 200g washed processed mushrooms, 5 peeled garlic cloves, 1 stemmed dried red chili, 1 tsp chili oil, 0.25 tsp refined oil, and 1 tbsp salt to The Upliance 2.0 jar.
The Upliance 2.0 will automatically cut the garlic and chili. Select sauté mode at 120°C for 10 minutes with automatic stirring. Then switch to TAT mode at 95°C for 180 seconds, then to RICECOOKER mode at 100°C for 900 seconds. The device will automatically stir throughout the cooking process.
No further ingredients are needed. The Upliance 2.0 will continue to cook the mushrooms according to the previous settings. There will be some charring at the bottom; this is normal.
Once cooking is complete, garnish with 4 minced stems of coriander in The Upliance 2.0 jar. The Chilli Mushroom is ready to serve.
