    Ingredients

    • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
    • 10 leaves Curry Leaves (washed)
    • 0.5 tsp Jeera
    • 2 piece Dried Red Chilli (stem removed)
    • 130 g Onion (quartered)
    • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
    • 3 g Ginger (peeled)
    • 2 piece Tomato (halved)
    • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
    • 0.5 tsp Garam Masala
    • 0.5 tsp Salt
    • 0.5 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
    • 0.25 tsp Turmeric
    • 200 g Button Mushroom (washed)
    • 50 ml Water
    • 4 stem Coriander Leaves (minced)

    Prepare the Aromatics

    Add refined oil, curry leaves, jeera, dry red chilli, onions, garlic, and ginger to The Upliance jar. The device will automatically chop the vegetables and sauté the aromatics on low heat for approximately 9 minutes.

    The device will now cook the masala

    Add tomatoes, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, Kashmiri mirch, and turmeric to the jar. The device will cook the masala base on medium heat for 7 minutes with automatic stirring.

    Repeat the above with mushrooms

    Add the washed button mushrooms and water to the jar. The device will gently cut the mushrooms into chunks and cook everything together on medium heat for 8 minutes.

    The dish is ready

    The Masala Mushroom is now cooked to a spongy texture. Garnish with minced coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or naan.
