Add Refined Oil, Garlic, Ginger, Onion, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Jeera, Kashmiri Mirch, Garam Masala, Curry Leaves, and Dried Red Chilli to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 100°C for 90 seconds. The device will now sauté the aromatics.
Add Tomatoes to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set temperature to 95°C and let Upliance cook for 5 minutes with automatic stirring. Then add the mushrooms. Continue cooking for 15 minutes with automatic stirring at 95°C.
No further ingredients are needed. The device will continue cooking the Masala Mushroom until the timer expires.
Once the cooking is complete, The Upliance 2.0 will automatically switch to keep warm mode. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
