Ingredients

  • 400 g Lauki (cut)
  • 1.5 tbsp Ghee
  • 0.5 tsp Hing
  • 0.5 tsp Jeera
  • 80 ml Water
  • 2 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)
  • 4 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Green Chilli (cut)
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • Salt to taste

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add Ghee, Hing, and Jeera to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 110°C for 30 seconds. The device will now sauté the spices.

The device will now cook the Lauki

Add cut Lauki and water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set the temperature to 95°C and cook for 30 minutes with automatic stirring. The device will automatically stir and maintain the temperature.

Add remaining ingredients to jar

Add Coriander powder, Green Chilli, Garam Masala, and salt to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Stir gently. The device will now cook the spices with the Lauki.

The dish is ready

Garnish with minced Coriander leaves. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically signal completion. Serve hot with roti or dal-rice.
