    Ingredients

    • 400 g Lauki (peeled and cut)
    • 1.5 tbsp Ghee
    • 0.5 tsp Jeera
    • 0.5 tsp Hing
    • 2 stems Green Chilli (stems removed)
    • 4 tsp Coriander Powder
    • 1 tsp Salt
    • 1 tsp Garam Masala
    • 80 ml Water
    • 2 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)

    Add aromatics to jar

    Add green chillies to The Upliance jar. Follow with ghee, jeera, and hing.
