    • 1.5 tsp Salt (none)
    • 1.5 tsp Amchur Powder (none)
    • 1 tsp Kasoori Methi (none)
    • 0.75 tsp Fennel Seeds Powder (none)
    • 0.5 tsp Turmeric (none)
    • Pav (for serving)

    Instructions

    This Jain version of Pav Bhaji is specifically tailored for those who follow a Jain diet, which prohibits the consumption of certain vegetables like onions and garlic. Pair with Pav or Chapati

      Prepare the tomato base

      Add tomatoes and green chilli to The Upliance jar. The device will chop the ingredients and then sauté them on low heat for 5 minutes.

      Add oil, water, pav bhaji masala, turmeric, kashmiri mirch, salt, amchur powder, kasoori methi, and fennel powder. The Upliance will mix and cook the aromatic base on low heat.
