Add Tomatoes, Cabbage, Capsicum, and Frozen Peas to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now sauté at 95°C for 300 seconds using TAT heating mode and speed 1 with the lid on.
Add Refined Oil, Green Chilli, Turmeric, Kashmiri Mirch, Pav Bhaji Masala, Amchur Powder, and Salt to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir and cook the vegetables at 95°C for 600 seconds using TAT heating mode and speed 1 with the lid on.
The Upliance 2.0 will continue cooking at 95°C for an additional 300 seconds using TAT heating mode and speed 14 with the lid on. Then, it will reduce the temperature to 95°C using TAT heating mode and speed 1 for 300 seconds, and finally stir at speed 6 for 10 seconds using CLASSIC heating mode.
