    Ingredients

    • 120 g Chickpeas (soaked overnight and pressure cooked)
    • 70 g Beetroot (peeled and cut into chunks)
    • 3 cloves Garlic (peeled)
    • 1 whole Green Chilli (stem removed)
    • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
    • 1.5 tbsp Lemon Juice
    • 0.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    • 35 g Chickpea Water (reserved from boiling)
    • 1 tbsp Tahini Paste
    • 60 g Ice Cubes
    • 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves (minced)

    Instructions

    Add aromatics to jar

    Add the beetroot chunks, garlic cloves, and green chilli to The Upliance jar. Ensure the lid is secured.

    Add remaining ingredients and blend

    Add the boiled chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, spices, chickpea water, and ice cubes to the jar. The Upliance will blend everything for 2 minutes using variable speeds to create a velvety texture.
