Add Coriander Powder, Kashmiri Mirch, Garam Masala, and Kasoori Methi to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the sauce at 95°C for 5 minutes with automatic stirring. Then add salt to taste.
Add Paneer to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the Paneer in the sauce at 95°C for 180 seconds with automatic stirring, then at 90°C for 180 seconds without stirring, followed by another 240 seconds at 90°C with automatic stirring.
Remove the Cranberry Paneer from The Upliance 2.0 jar and serve. Garnish as desired.
