Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 1 Green Chilli (remove)
  • 1 piece Dried Red Chilli (remove)
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peel)
  • 100 g Cranberry Juice
  • 80 g Cream
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 0.5 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Kasoori Methi
  • 200 g Paneer (cut)
  • Salt (to taste)

Instructions

Add aromatics and liquids to jar

Add Refined Oil, Green Chilli, Dried Red Chilli, and Garlic to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cut and sauté aromatics at 95°C for 30 seconds using automatic stirring. Then add Cranberry Juice and Cream to the jar.

The device will now cook the sauce

Add Coriander Powder, Kashmiri Mirch, Garam Masala, and Kasoori Methi to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the sauce at 95°C for 5 minutes with automatic stirring. Then add salt to taste.

Add Paneer and continue cooking

Add Paneer to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the Paneer in the sauce at 95°C for 180 seconds with automatic stirring, then at 90°C for 180 seconds without stirring, followed by another 240 seconds at 90°C with automatic stirring.

The dish is ready

Remove the Cranberry Paneer from The Upliance 2.0 jar and serve. Garnish as desired.
