Ingredients

  • 120 g chickpeas (soaked overnight and pressure cooked)
  • 500 ml water
  • 4 cloves garlic (peeled)
  • 1 green chili (removed)
  • 100 leaves mint (cleaned)
  • 0.5 tsp cumin powder
  • 2 tsp tahini paste
  • 1.5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 0.5 tbsp lemon juice
  • 35 g salt
  • 1 tbsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 60 g chickpeas (boiled)

Add ingredients to jar

Add soaked and pressure cooked chickpeas, water, garlic, green chili, mint, cumin powder, tahini paste, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and Kashmiri Mirch to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

The device will now blend

Select The Upliance 2.0's blend mode. Set speed to 6 for 30 seconds, then increase to speed 8 for 20 seconds, finally speed 12 for 5 seconds. The device will automatically stir and blend the ingredients until smooth.

Repeat blending process

Add boiled chickpeas to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select blend mode at speed 12 for 5 seconds, then speed 11 for 20 seconds. The device will automatically stir and blend the ingredients.

The dish is ready

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stop blending. Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl. Garnish with extra mint leaves and a drizzle of olive oil as desired.
