  • 200 g Spinach (trimmed)
  • 30 leaves Mint (cleaned)
  • 1 piece Onion (cutFour)
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 140 g Basmati Rice (measured)
  • 500 ml Water
  • 0.75 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Hing
  • 0.75 tsp Jeera
  • 0.5 tsp Green Chilli (cut)
  • 0.5 tsp Garam Masala
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • Salt (to taste)

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add Onion, Garlic, Green Chilli to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cut and sauté at 95°C for 10 minutes using automatic stirring.

Add rice and water to jar

Add Basmati Rice and Water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the rice in the spinach and mint gravy at 95°C for 900 seconds using automatic stirring and a speed of 14.
