Add Ghee, Hing, Mustard Seeds, Turmeric, Curry Leaves, and Dried Red Chillies to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 110°C for 30 seconds with automatic stirring.
Add Potato and Carrot to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now sauté the vegetables at 95°C for 5 minutes with automatic stirring.
Add Toor Dal, Sona Masoori Rice, Peanuts, Bisi Bele Bhath Powder, Tamarind Paste, and Kashmiri Mirch to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Add water. The device will cook at 95°C for 15 minutes, then simmer at 95°C for 15 minutes with automatic stirring. Finally, stir gently at 20°C for 10 seconds.
Add Cashews to a pan and sauté lightly. Garnish the Bisi Bele Bhath with sautéed cashews, curry leaves, and ghee outside of The Upliance 2.0. Serve hot.
