Add ghee, hing, and jeera to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 110°C for 30 seconds. The device will now sauté the aromatics.
Add tomato purée and chopped tomatoes to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 95°C for 5 minutes with automatic stirring. Add ginger, green chili, garlic, turmeric, Kashmiri Mirch, coriander powder, and garam masala. The Upliance 2.0 will stir automatically for another 5 minutes at 95°C.
Add the pre-boiled dal and water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select simmer mode at 95°C for 15 minutes with automatic stirring. Adjust salt to taste. Then switch to a low simmer at 95°C for another 10 minutes.
Stir in butter and cream. Garnish with coriander leaves. The Dal Makhni is ready to be served.
