Ingredients

  • 100 g Chickpea (soaked overnight)
  • 130 g Onion (cut in four)
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 5 g Ginger (peeled)
  • 130 g Tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 0.5 tsp Hing
  • 0.25 tsp Turmeric
  • 0.75 tbsp Chole Masala
  • 0.75 tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 0.75 tbsp Garam Masala
  • 60 ml Water
  • 20 g Rajma Masala
  • 0.25 tsp Jeera
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 5 stem Coriander Leaves (chopped)

Instructions

Prepare Aromatics

Add refined oil, hing, ginger, garlic and onions to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

Sauté Aromatics

The device will now sauté the aromatics at high heat for 1 minute until fragrant. Add turmeric, chole masala, garam masala, and cinnamon powder.

Cook Gravy

Add tomatoes, water, and rajma masala to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at medium heat for 7 minutes with automatic stirring. Then add the boiled chickpeas and jeera.

Final Simmer and Garnish

The dish is ready. Garnish with ghee and coriander leaves. Serve hot with poori, rice, roti or paratha.
