Add chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies, ghee, and refined oil to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 120°C for 5 minutes until onions turn translucent.
The Upliance 2.0 will now automatically sauté the onions, tomatoes, and green chilies at 120°C for 10 minutes with automatic stirring. Add turmeric powder, hing, cumin seeds, ginger paste, garlic paste, garam masala, and coriander powder. Continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
Add the pressure cooked chickpeas and their cooking liquid to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Stir in Chole Masala and salt. Set temperature to 100°C and let Upliance simmer for 20 minutes with automatic stirring.
The dish is ready! Garnish with ghee and chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with poori, rice, roti, or paratha.
