Ingredients

  • 200g Frozen Banana (peeled)
  • 100g Kiwi (washed)
  • 100g Blueberries (washed)
  • 40g Almonds
  • 60g Whey Protein Powder
  • 2 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 8g Cashews (chopped)
  • 8g Strawberry
  • 60ml Greek Yogurt
  • 200g Water

Add ingredients to jar

Add the peeled banana, washed kiwi, washed blueberries, almonds, whey protein powder, peanut butter, chopped cashews, strawberry, Greek yogurt, and water to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

The device will now blend

Close the lid and select the "Smoothie" preset on The Upliance 2.0. The device will automatically blend at high speed (12 speed) for 15 seconds, followed by a low speed (4 speed) stir for 10 seconds to ensure a smooth consistency. Maintain a temperature of 20°C.

Repeat the above (Optional)

If needed for thicker consistency, add more frozen banana or ice to The Upliance 2.0 jar and repeat the blending process for an additional 5 seconds at high speed and 3 seconds at low speed. Maintain a temperature of 20°C.

The dish is ready

Once blended, pour the smoothie into a glass. Garnish as desired and serve immediately. The Upliance 2.0 automatically cleans itself.
