Ingredients

  • 50 g Toor Dal (washed)
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 0.5 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1 Green Chilli (removed)
  • 0.25 tsp Hing
  • 10 Curry Leaves (washed)
  • 5 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 3 g Ginger (peeled)
  • 1 Brinjal (cutTwo)
  • 1 Tomato (removed)
  • 1 tbsp Sambar Powder
  • 1.5 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tbsp Tamarind Paste
  • 4 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)
  • 1 Onion (diced)
  • 30 g French Beans (trimmedcut)
  • 30 g Carrot (peelncut)
  • 50 g Potato (cut)
  • 80 g Drumstick (diced)
  • 6 g Dried Red Chilli (shaved)
  • 1 tsp Jaggery
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 600 g Water

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add Ghee, Mustard Seeds, Green Chilli, Hing, and Curry Leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 100°C for 30 seconds with automatic stirring.

The device will now cut and sauté aromatics

The Upliance 2.0 will now automatically peel and dice the Garlic, Ginger, Brinjal, and Tomato. The device will then sauté these aromatics at 95°C for 3 minutes with automatic stirring.

Add remaining ingredients and cook

Add the remaining ingredients (Toor Dal, Sambar Powder, Turmeric, Tamarind Paste, French Beans, Carrot, Potato, Drumstick, Dried Red Chilli, Jaggery, Salt, and Water) to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the sambar at 95°C for 30 minutes with automatic stirring.
