Ingredients

  • 120 g Beetroot (peeled and grated)
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 90 g Khoya
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 8.5 tsp Milk (TetraPak)
  • 1 tsp Green Cardamom Powder
  • 10 g Almonds (chopped)
  • 10 g Cashews (chopped)

Instructions

Add ingredients to jar

Add grated beetroot, sugar, khoya, ghee, milk, and cardamom powder to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

The device will now cook the Halwa

Select the "Cook Halwa" preset on The Upliance 2.0. The device will automatically stir and cook at 95°C for approximately 40 minutes. The device will automatically adjust cooking time based on the amount of ingredients added.

Repeat the above

Once the cooking is complete, The Upliance 2.0 will automatically reduce the temperature to 50°C for 30 minutes to allow the halwa to thicken.

The dish is ready

Garnish with chopped almonds and cashews. The Upliance 2.0 will signal completion. Serve hot or chilled.
