Add soaked Dal and water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set temperature to 120°C and let Upliance cook for 5 minutes with automatic stirring (stirDuty: 6, stirAngle: 140). Then, continue cooking at 120°C for 300 seconds with automatic stirring (stirDuty: 6, stirAngle: 140). Finally, continue cooking at 120°C for 900 seconds with automatic stirring (stirDuty: 6, stirAngle: 140).
Add Tomato and Garam Masala to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the tomatoes and spices with the dal. Set to 120°C for 120 seconds, then 60 seconds at speed 3 and 240 seconds at speed 3. Stir and scrape the bottom of the jar. Finally, stir at speed 12 for 10 seconds.
Add Mint Leaves and Coriander Leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Stir gently. Add Lemon Juice. The Dal Fry is ready to be served.
