Ingredients

  • 10 cloves garlic (peeled)
  • 3 g ginger (peeled)
  • 1 piece onion (cutFour)
  • 6 stems spring onion (0119002e-a88f-4bc0-9912-f4c3a226b91e)
  • 100 g Tofu (ab492da4-449f-4b53-9795-2cbc724e43eb)
  • 200 g Button Mushroom (cut in cubes)
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 380 ml Water
  • 200 g Kimchi (600e0ff7-3cb7-4b75-9bd3-ddcaf73b0346)

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add garlic, ginger, and onion to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now sauté at 95°C for 5 minutes.

The device will now cook Tofu and Kimchi

Add spring onion, tofu, mushrooms, Kashmiri Mirch, salt, soy sauce, honey, and water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook at 95°C for 300 minutes with automatic stirring and a stir duty of 6 at a 140° angle.

Repeat the above

Add remaining kimchi to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now sauté the Kimchi at 95°C for 180 seconds with automatic stirring and a stir duty of 6 at a 140° angle

Garnish with finely chopped spring onion. The Vegan Kimchi Jjigae is ready to serve from The Upliance 2.0 jar.
