DelishUps take on the chicken pulao
Add 250 ml water, 170 g Chicken (cutTwo), 40 leaves Mint (cleaned), 0.75 tsp Green Chilli, 1 tbsp Refined Oil, 300 g Marinated Chicken (marinate), 1.5 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste, 1.5 tsp Chicken Biryani Masala, 40 g Curd, 2 pieces Onion (handchop), 140 g Basmati Rice (measure), 2 Green Cardamom, 2 Clove to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 120°C for 3 minutes with automatic stirring.
The Upliance 2.0 will now automatically sauté the ingredients for 180 seconds at 120°C at speed 14 followed by 180 seconds at 120°C at speed 13, ensuring even cooking and a flavorful base. Automatic stirring is enabled.
Add 400 ml water, 10 stem Green Cardamom (rootCut), 10 cloves Garlic (peel), 1 piece Green Chilli (remove), 5 tbsp Onion, 2 tsp Kashmiri Mirch, 0.25 tsp Garam Masala, 2 tsp Salt, 2 tbsp Ghee to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the biryani at 120°C for 180 seconds followed by 780 seconds at 120°C using automatic stirring. The lid should remain on during this process.
Once the cooking cycle is complete, The Upliance 2.0 will indicate completion. Garnish as desired and serve hot.
