Ingredients

  • 1000 g packet milk
  • 28 g vinegar
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Instructions

1

Add ingredients to jar

Add 1000g of packet milk, 28g of vinegar, and 0.25 tsp of salt to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

2

The device will now boil and curdle the milk

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically heat the milk to 70°C for 10 minutes, then to 90°C for 3 minutes with automatic stirring. The device will then maintain 60°C for 20 minutes with no stirring, allowing the milk to curdle.

3

Strain and press the paneer

Remove the curdled mixture from The Upliance 2.0 jar and strain it using a steamer basket and cheesecloth. Add some weight to the strained paneer to remove excess water.
