    Paneer, a versatile and popular Indian cheese, is a culinary delight that can be prepared in various ways. This soft and creamy dairy product adds a rich and indulgent touch to countless dishes.       Pour the packet milk into The Upliance jar. Ensure the lid is placed without the measuring cup to allow steam to escape.

      The Upliance will heat the milk on low heat for 13 minutes. Automatic stirring ensures the milk does not stick to the bottom of the jar.

      Add vinegar and set paneer

      Add vinegar and salt to The Upliance jar. The device will mix vigorously on low heat for 2 minutes, then maintain low heat for 20 minutes to allow the whey to separate.

      The dish is ready

      Pour the curdled milk into a steamer basket lined with cheesecloth to strain. Place a weight on the cloth to set the paneer and refrigerate.
