Add 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 0.5 tsp salt, and 120g of pasta water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now automatically make the sauce at 95°C for 180 seconds at speed 1. The device will automatically stir. Finally add the cooked pasta to the jar and mix at speed 1 for 10 seconds then at speed 14 for 60 seconds at 90°C. The device will automatically stir.
Garnish with 10g of Parmesan cheese powder. The Aglio e Olio is ready to serve.
