  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Jeera
  • 1 tsp Hing
  • 0.125 tsp Turmeric
  • 5 stems Onion (rootCut)
  • 1 Green Chilli (remove)
  • 5 cloves Garlic (peel)
  • 2 pieces Potato (92da94e0-b2ee-4e46-8324-00bcfa404fbb)
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (cutFour)
  • 0.5 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 0.25 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 0.5 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Kasoori Methi
  • 3 tsp Coriander Leaves
  • 110 g Potato (cutInCubes)
  • 100 g Frozen Peas (wash)
  • 180 ml Water
  • Salt (to taste)

Instructions

Add aromatics and oil to jar

Add Ghee, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Jeera, Hing, and Turmeric to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 120°C for 90 seconds. The device will now sauté the aromatics.

The device will now cook onions, garlic and chilies

Add Onion, Green Chilli, and Garlic to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will cook at 120°C for 120 seconds with scraping, then at 120°C for 300 seconds with automatic stirring (stirDuty 6, stirAngle 140).

Add potatoes, peas, spices and water

Add Potato, Frozen Peas, Coriander Powder, Kashmiri Mirch, Garam Masala, Kasoori Methi, Coriander Leaves and Water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook at 120°C for 840 seconds with automatic stirring (speed 14). Season with salt.
