Ingredients

  • 6 cloves garlic (peeled)
  • 1 piece onion (cut in two)
  • 1 piece green chilli (removed)
  • 2 tbsp refined oil
  • 1 piece capsicum (cut in four)
  • 2 pieces tomato (cut in two)
  • 0.75 tsp Pav Bhaji Masala
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 175 g moong dal sprouts (washed)
  • 100 ml water
  • 3 stems coriander leaves (minced)

Instructions

Add aromatics to jar

Add garlic, onion, green chilli, and oil to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cut and sauté at 95°C for 3 minutes with automatic stirring.

Add capsicum, tomato, Pav Bhaji Masala, and salt to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook at 95°C for 15 minutes with automatic stirring.

Add moong dal sprouts and water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook at 95°C for 15 minutes with automatic stirring.
