    • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
    • 1 piece Capsicum (quartered)
    • 2 pieces Tomato (halved)
    • 0.75 tsp Salt
    • 0.5 tsp Pav Bhaji Masala
    • 175 g Moong Dal Sprouts (washed)
    • 100 ml Water
    • 3 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)

    Instructions

    A delightful fast recipe that doubles up as snack, and sabzi - the protein of sprouts, infused with the mild acidity of tomatoes makes for a winning dish

      Add aromatics to jar

      Add peeled garlic, halved onion, green chilli, and refined oil to The Upliance jar.
