    Ingredients

    • 6 cloves Garlic (peeled)
    • 1 piece Onion (halved)
    • 1 piece Green Chilli (stem removed)
    • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
    • 1 piece Capsicum (quartered)
    • 2 pieces Tomato (halved)
    • 0.75 tsp Salt
    • 0.5 tsp Pav Bhaji Masala
    • 175 g Moong Dal Sprouts (washed)
    • 100 ml Water
    • 3 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)

    Instructions

    Add aromatics to jar

    Add peeled garlic, halved onion, green chilli, and refined oil to The Upliance jar.

    Chop and sauté aromatics

    The device will now chop the ingredients and sauté them on low heat for 3 minutes until fragrant.

    Add capsicum, tomatoes, spices, sprouts, and water. The device will chop the vegetables and simmer the sprouts on low heat for 30 minutes with automatic stirring.
