  • 1 piece Onion (cutTwo)
  • 2 pieces Tomato (cutTwo)
  • 10 stems Coriander Leaves (rootCut)
  • 20 g Roasted Salted Peanuts
  • 30 g Sev
  • 0.5 tsp Chaat Masala
  • 0.5 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 0.5 tsp Salt

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add Onion, Tomato, and Coriander Leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cut the aromatics using the pre-programmed "cutTwo" and "rootCut" settings.

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir and cook the aromatics at 100°C for 10 minutes. Then increase speed to 5 and continue for another 10 minutes.

Add Roasted Salted Peanuts, Sev, Chaat Masala, Kashmiri Mirch, and Salt to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now mix the filling at 20°C for 20 seconds with automatic stirring.
