Add ghee, Saunf, Green Cardamom, Cinnamon Stick, Dried Red Chilli to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 100°C for 30 seconds. The device will now temper the spices.
Add washed rice, frozen peas, and sweet corn to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 95°C for 120 seconds. The device will stir automatically and roast the rice and vegetables.
Add 400ml water and salt to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Close the lid. Select the cooking mode. Set the temperature to 95°C for 420 seconds. The device will automatically cook the pulao with the spices. After 420 seconds, stir for 900 seconds (15 minutes) at 95°C with a stir duty of 6 and stir angle of 140 degrees.
Garnish with minced coriander leaves. The Jain Pulao is ready to serve from The Upliance 2.0 jar.
