Ingredients

  • 90 g Fusilli pasta
  • 100 g Capsicum (cut)
  • 50 g Cherry tomatoes (Cut in 2)
  • 0.5 piece Onion (cut wedges)
  • 0.5 piece Broccoli (hand chop)
  • 0.25 tbsp Chilli Flakes
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper (powder)
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 140 g Paneer (cut)
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper
  • 0.5 tbsp Dried Basil
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 0.75 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 0.5 tsp Dried Basil
  • 30 g Romaine Lettuce (0dfe2d9c-72ba-4395-8e79-fd8438533709)
  • 10 leaves Basil (83749941-e6ac-4112-a723-3947fc8c4c23)
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 600 ml Water

Instructions

Add vegetables and pasta to jar

Add Capsicum, Cherry tomatoes, Onion, Broccoli, Chilli Flakes, Black Pepper, Salt, and Fusilli pasta to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now boil the pasta and steam the vegetables at 95°C for 15 minutes with automatic stirring.

Sauté the Paneer

Add Paneer, Black Pepper, Salt, and Dried Basil to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now sauté the paneer at 90°C for 5 minutes with automatic stirring.

Season the pasta

Remove steamer basket and strain the pasta. Add the strained pasta, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Dried Basil, and Lemon Juice to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now mix everything at 20°C for 1 minute with automatic stirring.

The dish is ready

Add Romaine Lettuce and Basil to the jar. The Upliance 2.0 will gently mix for 1 minute. Serve immediately.
