    Ingredients

    • 90 g Fusilli Pasta
    • 140 g Paneer (cubed)
    • 600 ml Water
    • 100 g Romaine Lettuce (cut)
    • 50 g Broccoli (cut in 2)
    • 0.5 piece Capsicum (hand chopped)
    • 0.5 piece Cherry tomatoes (cut into wedges)
    • 0.25 tbsp Onion (chopped)
    • 0.75 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    • 0.75 tbsp Lemon Juice
    • 0.5 tsp Chilli Flakes
    • Salt and Black Pepper (to taste)

    Instructions

    Add ingredients to jar and steamer

    Add water, salt, and fusilli pasta to The Upliance jar. Place the prepared vegetables (broccoli, capsicum, tomatoes) in the steamer basket on top.

    The device will cook the pasta and veggies

    The device cooks on low heat for 15 minutes. The pasta boils in the jar while the vegetables are simultaneously steamed. Strain pasta once done.

    Sauté the paneer

    Add paneer cubes, spices, and olive oil to The Upliance jar. The device sautés on low heat for 5 minutes with automatic stirring.

    The dish is ready

    Transfer the sautéed paneer to a bowl with the boiled pasta and steamed vegetables. Season with lemon juice and chili flakes, then serve.
