Add 2.5 tbsp Refined Oil, 0.25 tsp Ajwain, 0.25 tsp Hing, 1 tsp Jeera Powder, 1 tsp Turmeric, 0.5 tsp Coriander Powder, 1 tsp Amchur Powder, and 0.75 tsp Kashmiri Mirch to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 100°C for 30 seconds.
The Upliance 2.0 will automatically sauté the spices for 30 seconds at 100°C. Then, add 300g of cut Bhindi and salt to taste. The device will now cook the Bhindi using the following settings: First, 10 seconds at 20°C and speed 1. Then, 600 seconds at 95°C and speed 13, followed by 300 seconds at 90°C and speed 14. Next, 300 seconds at 95°C and speed 0. Then repeat 300 seconds at 95°C and speed 13, 300 seconds at 95°C and speed 14, 300 seconds at 95°C and speed 13, and finally 300 seconds at 95°C and speed 0. All steps use PID control with kp=25 and pidConstant of 90 except the last three which uses 50 for pidConstant.
