Add ghee, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, nigella seeds, red chilli, and sugar to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 110°C for 2 minutes with lid off. The device will automatically stir.
Add the cut carrots and peas to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 95°C for 5 minutes with the lid on. The device will automatically stir. While vegetables cook, prepare the soaked rice.
Add the soaked rice and water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the cook mode at 95°C for 7 minutes. Then stir for 12 minutes with a stir duty of 6 and stir angle of 140 degrees. The device will automatically stir and maintain the temperature.
Remove the Ghee Bhath from The Upliance 2.0 jar and let it sit for 10 minutes to fluff. Garnish with minced coriander. The dish is ready to serve.
