    Ingredients

    • 140 g Basmati Rice (soaked for 1 hour)
    • 440 ml Water
    • 2.5 tbsp Ghee
    • 2 inches Cinnamon Stick
    • 2 Black Cardamom
    • 2 Dried Red Chilli
    • 2 Cloves
    • 2 Green Cardamom
    • 10 Cashews
    • 10 Raisins
    • 1 tsp Nigella Seeds
    • 60 g Carrot (cut)
    • 100 g Frozen Peas (washed)
    • 1.25 tsp Salt
    • 4 tsp Sugar
    • 4 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)

    Instructions

    Add spices to jar

    Add ghee, cinnamon stick, black cardamom, dried red chilli, cloves, green cardamom, cashews, raisins, and nigella seeds to The Upliance jar.

    The device will now sauté the spices on high heat for 1 minute with automatic stirring to release the aromatic oils.

    Add remaining ingredients and cook

    Add cut carrots, frozen peas, salt, sugar, soaked rice, and water to the jar. The device will sauté the vegetables on high heat for 4 minutes, then automatically switch to low heat to cook the rice for 14 minutes.

    The dish is ready. Open the lid, garnish with fresh minced coriander leaves, and serve hot.
