Ingredients

  • 1 piece Onion (peeled)
  • 1 piece Garlic (peeled)
  • 15 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 2 g Ginger (peeled)
  • 10 stems Green Chilli (rootCut)
  • 150 g Zucchini (wash)
  • 50 g Yellow Bell Pepper (Cut in 4)
  • 50 g Button Mushroom (cut)
  • 10 leaves Basil (trimmed)
  • 40 g Thai Curry Paste (cut)
  • 1 tsp Dried Basil (none)
  • 0.5 tbsp Lemon Juice (none)
  • 2 tbsp Groundnut Oil (none)
  • 200 g Coconut Milk (none)
  • 40 ml Water (none)
  • 0.75 tsp Salt (powder)
  • 0.25 tsp Sugar (none)
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper (powder)
  • 1 piece Broccoli (cutFour)
  • 0.5 piece Dried Red Chilli (deSeed)

Instructions

Add aromatics and vegetables to jar

Add Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Green Chilli, Zucchini, Yellow Bell Pepper, Button Mushroom to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the "Cutting Vegetables" preset. The device will automatically chop the vegetables at 20°C for 7 minutes.

The device will now sauté and cook the curry paste

Add Thai Curry Paste, Dried Basil, Groundnut Oil to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the "Sautéing Vegetables" preset. The device will automatically sauté and cook the paste at 95°C for 3 minutes with automatic stirring.

Add liquids and remaining ingredients

Add Coconut Milk, Water, Salt, Sugar, Black Pepper, Basil, Broccoli, Dried Red Chilli, and Lemon Juice to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the "Cooking Curry" preset. The device will automatically simmer and cook the curry at 95°C for 21 minutes with automatic stirring.

The Thai Curry is ready

The Upliance 2.0 will signal completion. Remove the Thai Curry from The Upliance 2.0 jar and serve.
