Ingredients

  • 120 g Poha (washed)
  • 1 medium Onion (diced)
  • 50 g Frozen Peas (thawed)
  • 0.5 tsp Green Chilli (minced)
  • 0.5 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric
  • 30 g Roasted Salted Peanuts (minced)
  • 4 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)
  • 80 ml Water
  • 0.5 tbsp Lemon Juice (squeezed)
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar to taste

Instructions

Add ingredients to jar

Add diced onion, minced green chilli, mustard seeds, turmeric, and peas to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Add 80 ml of water.

The device will now cook the vegetables

Select "Sauté" mode on The Upliance 2.0 at 95°C for 2 minutes. The device will automatically stir. Then switch to "Simmer" mode at 95°C for 5 minutes with automatic stirring.

Add Poha and seasonings

Add washed poha, salt, and sugar to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select "Simmer" mode at 80°C for 10 minutes with automatic stirring. Add lemon juice and stir gently.

The dish is ready

Transfer the Vegetable Poha from The Upliance 2.0 jar to a serving bowl. Garnish with minced coriander and peanuts.
