Ingredients

  • 50 ml Refined Oil (none)
  • 50 g Aromatic Paste (blended)
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 3 pieces Green Chilli (cut in two)
  • 14 stems Green Coriander (root cut)
  • 40 leaves Mint Leaves (cleaned)
  • 1 piece Dried Red Chilli (remove stem)
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder (none)
  • 0.75 tsp Garam Masala (none)
  • 0.25 tsp Kasoori Methi (none)
  • 200 g Paneer (cut into cubes)
  • 70 g Curd (none)
  • 50 g Onion (none)

Instructions

Add base ingredients to jar

Add 50 ml Refined Oil, 50 g Aromatic Paste, 10 cloves Garlic, 3 pieces Green Chilli, 14 stems Green Coriander, 40 leaves Mint Leaves, and 1 piece Dried Red Chilli to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now sauté at 120°C for 90 seconds using automatic stirring.

The device will now cook the paste

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically sauté the paste. Add 1 tsp Turmeric Powder, 0.75 tsp Garam Masala, and 0.25 tsp Kasoori Methi. The device will continue cooking for 4 minutes at 95°C with automatic stirring.

Add Paneer and simmer

Add 200 g Paneer, 70 g Curd, and 50 g Onion to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now simmer the mixture at 90°C for 10 minutes using automatic stirring. Ensure blade cover is on to prevent paneer from crumbling.

The dish is ready

The Hyderabadi Paneer is ready. Remove from The Upliance 2.0 jar and serve hot with Naan or Rice.
