    Ingredients

    • 4 cloves Garlic (peeled)
    • 5 stems Coriander Leaves (roots cut)
    • 1 Green Chilli (stem removed)
    • 80 g Indian Cucumber (washed, deseeded)
    • 1 tsp Jeera Powder (ground)
    • 0.75 tsp Salt (to taste)
    • 0.25 tsp Kashmiri Mirch (powder)
    • 300 g Curd (fresh)
    • 6 stems Coriander Leaves (for garnish)

    Instructions

    This easy homemade Cucumber Raita is so refreshing. Made with minced cucumber, and yogurt, and flavored with spices, it is a perfect easy side dish. Serve it as an accompaniment to biryani, pulao, or any Indian meal.

      Add aromatics to jar

      Add garlic cloves, coriander stems, and green chili to The Upliance jar. Secure the lid and cap.
