Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic (peeled)
  • 5 stems coriander (rootCut)
  • 1 green chili (removed)
  • 80 g Indian cucumber (washed, deseeded)
  • 1 tsp Jeera Powder
  • 0.75 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 300 g Curd

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add garlic, coriander, and green chili to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cut these ingredients using the pulse function for 10 seconds at speed 12.

The device will now cut and mix cucumber

Add cucumber, Jeera powder, Kashmiri Mirch, and Salt to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the "chop" function at 20°C for 10 seconds at speed 12. Then, select the "mix" function for 5 seconds at speed 12.

Add curd and mix

Add curd to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now mix all ingredients together at 20°C for 60 seconds at speed 2 using the "mix" function.
