Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (remove)
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1 tsp Hing
  • 1 tsp Jeera
  • 12 leaves Curry Leaves
  • 0.25 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 0.75 tsp Grated Coconut
  • 200 g Beetroot (cutpeeled)
  • 90 g Water

Instructions

Add spices and oil to jar

Add Refined Oil, Green Chilli, Mustard Seeds, Hing, Jeera, Curry Leaves, and Coriander Powder to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 120°C for 60 seconds. The device will now sauté the spices.

The device will now cook beetroot and coconut

Add Grated Coconut and Beetroot to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set the temperature to 120°C and let Upliance cook for 240 seconds with automatic stirring.

Simmer and finish cooking

Add Water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Maintain the temperature at 120°C and let Upliance simmer for 360 seconds with automatic stirring.
