    Ingredients

    • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
    • 1 piece Green Chilli
    • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
    • 1 tsp Jeera
    • 12 leaves Curry Leaves
    • 0.25 tsp Hing
    • 0.75 tsp Salt
    • 200 g Beetroot (peeled)
    • 2 tsp Coriander Powder
    • 90 g Water
    • 30 g Grated Coconut

    Instructions

    Add tempering ingredients

    Add Refined Oil, Green Chilli, Mustard Seeds, Jeera, Curry Leaves, and Hing to The Upliance jar.

    Temper the spices

    The device will now sauté the spices on medium heat for 1 minute with automatic stirring to release the aromas.

    Add beetroot and cook

    Add Salt, peeled Beetroot, and Coriander Powder. The device will chop the beetroot. Add Water, then the device will cook on medium heat decreasing to low heat for about 14 minutes.

    The dish is ready

    Add Grated Coconut to the jar. The Beetroot Palya is now ready to be served with Rice or Chapati.
