Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

Ingredients
- 165 g Unsalted Butter (soft)
- 30 tsp Brown Sugar
- 0.5 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 216 g Refined Flour (Maida) (sieved)
- 0.75 tsp Baking Soda
- 40 g Choco Chip
- 1 unit Cling Wrap
Instructions
Add wet ingredients
Add 165g soft butter, 30 tsp brown sugar, and 0.5 tsp vanilla essence to The Upliance jar.
Cream the mixture
The device will now mix the ingredients on low heat for 2 minutes until well combined.
Add dry ingredients and combine
Add 216g flour, 0.75 tsp baking soda, and 40g choco chips to the jar. The device will mix the dough on low heat for 3 minutes.
Refrigerate and bake
The dough is ready. Remove from jar, wrap in cling film, and refrigerate. Shape into balls and bake in an oven at 175°C for 20 minutes.
