  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 2 pieces Onion (cutFour)
  • 5 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (remove)
  • 10 leaves Coriander Leaves (trimmed)
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Jeera
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 2.5 pieces Tomato (cutTwo)
  • 80 g Coconut Milk
  • 2 stems Basil (mince)

Instructions

Add aromatics and spices to jar

Add onions, garlic, green chili, coriander leaves, and spices to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 95°C for 180 minutes with automatic stirring.

The device will now cook the aromatics

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically sauté the aromatics for 180 minutes at 95°C. Then add tomatoes and continue cooking for 300 minutes at 95°C with automatic stirring.

Add Zucchini and Coconut Milk

Add the cut zucchini and coconut milk to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook this mixture for 720 minutes at 95°C with automatic stirring.

Garnish with minced basil. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir for 5 minutes at 20°C. The Zucchini Curry is ready to serve.
