    • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
    • 0.5 tsp Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
    • 2 pieces Onion (cut into four)
    • 5 cloves Garlic (peeled)
    • 1 piece Green Chilli (stem removed)
    • 10 leaves Basil (trimmed)
    • 1 tsp Dried Basil
    • 1 tsp Salt
    • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
    • 1 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
    • 0.5 tsp Garam Masala
    • 130 g Tomato (roughly chopped)
    • 50 ml Water
    • 200 g Zucchini (cubed)
    • 100 g Coconut Milk
    • 2 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)

    Instructions

    Zucchini curry is a vegetarian dish that features zucchini as the main ingredient. The curry typically includes a blend of spices and seasonings, such as turmeric, cumin, and coriander, along with garlic, onions, and tomatoes. The addition of coconut milk makes it creamy. Pair with Rice/Roti or Appam

      Add spices and aromatics

      Add 2 tbsp refined oil, 0.5 tsp jeera, onions, garlic, green chilli, and basil leaves to The Upliance jar.

      Add tomatoes, dry spices, water, and zucchini to The Upliance jar. The device cooks the curry on medium heat for 18 minutes. Finally, add coconut milk and simmer on medium heat for another 5 minutes.
