Add Besan Flour, Suji, Green Chilli, Ginger, Turmeric Powder, Curd, and Water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now mix the batter until smooth.
Select steam mode at 95°C for 600 seconds (10 minutes) in Upliance 2.0. The device will automatically maintain temperature and time.
Add Hing, Jeera, Mustard Seeds, Curry Leaves, and Refined Oil to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 95°C for 90 seconds (1.5 minutes). The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir and sauté.
Remove the steamed Dhokla from The Upliance 2.0 jar. Prepare syrup by mixing 300ml Water and 5 tsp Sugar in the jar. Cook the syrup at 95°C for 600 seconds (10 minutes) using the Upliance 2.0. Let the dhokla soak the syrup. The SteamUp Dhokla is ready to serve.
